Hey guys~! Today I'll be showing you how to credit your work, so that people know YOU were the one who made the HTML/CSS, and not someone else. So~ Lets begin. c:

If you wish to 'mark' your Coding you can credit your HTML or CSS work using little 'notes' c:
These notes will not corrupt or interfere with the coding in any way as they would be ignored by the browser, but the user can still see them when s/he opens up either the source code or the file on their hosting site.

To add a note to HTML, put your desired text in between arrows and dashes.
Example:

Code:
<!--Coding by Kya @ IMVU. DO NOT STEAL-->

To add a note to CSS, put your desired text in between forward-slashes and stars.
Example:

Code:
/* Coding by Kya @ IMVU. DO NOT STEAL */

The credit has no affect on the HTML or CSS whatsoever. Its just there so when people open your code, they will see it.
Unfortunately, there aren't any codes that we can add to make the whole code not work.. Only way that can happen is if the person tweaked the coding and messed it up somewhere.
